Well I need to get into honeymoon shape now so of course I'm jumping on the soon-to-be-bride band wagon and starting a diet. I tried cutting out sweets and well Corey proposed with a cake so you can rest assured that didn't last! I finally got to the grocery store last night and picked up some things for salads as well as some fruit. I need healthy items but items I can take on the go for work and school. I think lean cuisines will make there way back into my freezer but for now I'm going to try sandwiches and salads. Then there's the working out. I really don't have the motivation. I want to try to get up early and go up to campus and use the track and such but I keep hitting snooze! So I'll start that tomorrow...I hope.
Any ideas and suggestions on things that have worked for you are always greatly appreciated. Happy Dieting!
